Hey Lovers!
I’m so excited to share this beautiful engagement session at Orange County Arboretum. It’s been a little while since I’ve blogged, but I finally made a little time to share some of my latest work. October came in strong with lots of new client friends & photo sessions! This bride to be, Jennifer, actually came up with the location for these amazing engagement photos, so I have her to thank for that! Keep reading for a little background about this lovely couple & highlights from their engagement session at Orange County Arboretum!
“Maurice and I met in 2016 on a trip to Ireland. We paired up as each other’s travel buddies for the second half of the trip, while the first half I was trying to avoid him. I didn’t want to be bothered with guys at that point in my life lol. We spend our down time watching good ‘ol Netflix, spending time with our families, and going for walks or car rides just to get out and enjoy the sceneries. He is super thoughtful and patient, and loves all things beer, wine and liquor. I enjoy Vietnamese cuisine and have an obsession with coffee. We want our wedding to be enjoyable and relaxed. We want to avoid stressing over tons of details and needing everything to be perfect. We really just want a ceremony that our friends and families can enjoy as we make it official!”
I love this little adage that I’ve been hearing a lot lately, “What’s meant to be is meant to be.” I believe this applies to all love stories, but especially to those where the ones involved are actively NOT trying to get into any sort of relationship! I just find it funny when it happens that way.
This couple was lots of fun to photograph! Plus, the weather was the most perfect and dreamy fall day that we could have hoped for. Thanks again for spending some time here. Please enjoy these highlights from Jennifer and Maurice’s engagement session at Orange County Arboretum!
